About Me

My favorite thing in the world is to BE in connection with others. I find each of us to be so unique, and it is my pleasure when I find that people become more fully themselves in my presence. In coaching and in my personal life, I experience the power of what’s possible when we connect with each other, listen, and ask questions.

Life is one fascinating journey. It hasn’t always been pretty, AND I wouldn’t change a thing.

You can’t put me in a box.

I live in Colorado and love nature; however, I don’t participate in any of the adrenaline-filled sports. I like my feet planted on the ground.

I love being out on the town. I also love being at home and nestling up with good food, a book or movie, and candles.

I am very committed to nourishing my body and listening to its wants and needs. I also love buying two large pizzas and eating leftovers for four meals in a row.

I can talk your ear off if you let me. And I also crave listening deeply to others or just being with myself for hours in silence.

I could wear my hair back every day. AND I love the variety of wearing my hair up/down, straight/curly. I think it’s why my eyes change colors too, and I am ambidextrous.
